CVS Pharmacy

"I don’t know what’s changed here in the last ~3 months, but this pharmacy is horrible now. Every single time I speak with a pharmacy representative on the phone they give me bad or incomplete information, and the pharmacy itself fails to process my medication requests, resulting in frustrating back and forth with my doctor’s office to get anything filled. It’s extremely annoying when dealing with a medicine that is always in short supply in the first place. Whoever is responsible for the oversight of this individual pharmacy should be subject to some scrutiny."

"This use to be my favorite pharmacy with the pharmacists being very helpful, informative and kind. I've been with them for 10+ years. Over the last 2 years this has definitely changed to a more unprofessional experience. They continue to forget to refill even when you sign up for auto refill, ask a question or similar and the pharmacist 95% of the time has an attitude! Tach or communication style, customer service is very lacking. The techs are more polite willing to assit more so than them! If these pharmacists hate their job so much, they should leave!"

"Most of the time service seems to adequate, but during few instances staff was not properly trained or friendly/cooperative , especially when you are sick and need your medicine. When they did not have needed medicine, we asked to redirect our prescription to another CVS, which they promised to do, but failed. Again, at least once the counter person was rude. At times they are slow to address lined up customers and other than that this place is sufficient."

"This pharmacy is great. The people who work here are kind and knowledgeable. I always feel they are doing their best to be courteous and fill my prescription correctly. If there are ever any issues with my prescription they work quickly to help correct the problem, and they also communicate well between my doctor and myself. All pharmacies can get busy and even when they are very busy they are calm, cool and collected."

"When i told the pharmacist i didnt have insurance for the second time that day she made a face...opened her eyes really wide and looked at the other person working with her.... I paid over 500 for 2 prescriptions that later that day another pharmacist [shocked ] that this informations was not shared with me at the pharmacy showed me a website that pharmacist recommended for cheaper rx. The same pills i had just paid 140.00 for where 14.98 at that same pharmacy...... Thanks again ladies, i hope you have a great day [not]"
