"RAVE RAVE....I'm tired of the big box stores and am shopping at Ace store more and more. I like walking in and being actually welcomed by staff and asked if I need help. Today I used their services to fix a lock....they made a house call, squeezed me in and got it done at a fair, affordable price. The owner has been in the HF store for years....its truly small town, buy I love the Brighton store also....easy in and out, and it surprising how much stuff they fit in there! I'm a fan for life now. I'm posting this for both stores. Make them your first call if you need help..."

"This place has all the little things you might need—or forget to get—at the other stores. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable! The only issue I’d have is pricing, but for a small town and small location it makes sense."

"Ace in Honeoye Falls can’t deliver. Their website says they can but apparently that’s not true. Went to store to purchase an item that was “in-stock” and wanted it delivered today as per the website. Nobody could tell me if it was possible and I had to wait 10 minutes for the store manager to ultimately tell me it’s not possible. They need to check their website. I am an Ace rewards member and have shopped at this store for years, even before it was Ace. I was planning on spending about $600 today. Guess I’ll do it somewhere else. Disappointing."
