"My daughter and future sil got this stove for us for Christmas. Went into the store after Christmas and set up delivery. Also ordered an extra grate for the middle in place of the griddle. Their delivery and set up was within two weeks time and communication on it was great. They said between 10 & 2pm and they arrived right at 10. The delivery men were conscientious of door frames and got it set up quickly and with no issues. Very polite and explained everything. Definitely will not hesitate to go through RA again for additional appliances."
"Must say, much better experience than at a big name brand store. The guys were nice and knowledgeable. Their prices were the same as other stores and better than most. The warranty, delivery, install, haul away prices are better too. More importantly, the delivery was the best, called two days before delivery, with two hour window, and also called on the day. The three guys were kind and careful, and it's the businesses own delivery guys not a third party. Will be sticking with this business going forward with all my future appliance purchases."
