"This a fraud of a company!! Do Not buy an extended warranty from them!! In fact don’t buy a camper from them!!! I brought a RV in 2020. It only has 1700 miles. It is brand new!! They sold us a $8000 plus warranty. They told us it covered bumper to bumpers and the camper had a special coating on it. They said we wouldn’t have to worry about maintenance on the roof!! Come to find out, the roof is rotted and need a new roof! It will cost us $12000.00 dollars. They won’t cover it!!! They are a bunch of frauds!! I only wish someone warned me, about these frauds!! So I’m warning everyone thinking about buying from them. DON’T DO IT!!!!!!!"

"They had our unit for six months. Warranty work was either poorly done or not done at all. Unit was returned with the floor absolutely filthy. I emailed the “contact us” via the web site and got no response. Also emailed concerns to the point of contact with no response from management. They simply do not care. 01/26/2024 update. Due to the lack of Winnebago dealers in the WNY area There is no other dealer other than Meyers and Mantelli's in Lockport to do the extended warranty work. Due to my experience with Meyers, along with all the horror stories I hear I have no faith and or trust in any RV dealership. The warranty/extended warranty is a waste of money due to these issues. While we really enjoy RVing we will probably never purchase another one. I will do any necessary repairs on our current RV myself until we decide to sell it. I wouldn't allow an RV dealer put air in my tires."

"We had the pleasure of having the Mobile Unit Repair Technician Donny come to our place for follow up repairs from when we purchased our 5th Wheel. Donny was punctual, professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Along with Donny, was Emre Altas who repaired a tear on our vinyl floor. The repair was seamless!.
