"I understand everyone is short staffed and things are not how they used to be but come on. I work in the restaurant industry and know better than to ever send someone out burnt food!! how the hell do you look at this, put the cream on it, put it in a bag, and think .. yeah that’ll be good!! No. it’s not that hard to tell when something is burnt. especially the smell. i always give dunkin the benefit of the doubt because i do come there and have good food some days but other days it’s really as if they have workers who do not care what they do or how they do it."
