"The lady who helped me was not polite at all. She made me feel as if I was drug addict, one of the three medications I was trying to get filled was Oxycodone for a procedure I am having. I was pricing around to get the best pricing. She looked at me awkwardly and walked over to the pharmacist without saying anything and was whispering. Then came back and said “ I can’t give you pricing because we don’t have one of the prescriptions”. Maybe it was my messy bun. I’ve never had a pharmacy say they can’t give me pricing that absurd."

"Absurd phone system forces you to listen to more than two solid minutes of excruciating pre-recorded COVID-19 messages before you even have the chance to ASK to talk to a pharmacist. Then it rings 4 times and if they don't answer - it takes you back to the SAME message to begin the process all over again!!! When they finally answered after three rounds of that insanity, well, let's just say that Margaret made it clear that she hates her job at HT pharmacy as much as I hate being a customer. I'm moving my prescriptions somewhere else... perhaps she should leave as well?"
