"Our furnace blower started making a loud screeching noise last night when we turned it on, (scared our poor cat). We didn't know who to call, and we were panicking about losing our heat in February. So I searched online, and the reviews looked great for Excellent Air, so we gave them a call first thing in the morning. We were very pleasantly surprised that they sent someone over here within 3 hours of our call! We have a very old blower, but Neil serviced and lubricated it, and got it running again soon. We are very happy!!"

"Last summer our basement flooded three separate times, during bouts of torrential rains. This was something we had never experienced before in the 12 years we were in our house. Thousands of dollars in damage was caused, including destroying our hot water heater and our new furnace. Greg, the owner, came out to assess our situation, and helped us get through the insurance claim process for the furnace. He was very patient and resourceful, and not just about the money, because he gave us a great deal on a furnace. Peter and James came out to do the installation and they were very polite and thorough in their work. Actually, Donna and Brandy from the office were amazing, too. We had lots of questions along the journey of waiting for the insurance company to approve our claim, and Greg, Donna, and Brandy were always willing to assist. Our experience with Excellent was fantastic from start to finish, and we will definitely keep them in mind for future work."
