"There is always a problem here.Most recently my dogs medication was supposed to be a quantity of 90 and they gave me a quantity of 60And when I called she acted like she had no clue what to say. Extreamly slow!!! Rite aid should've never closed because Walgreens is worse than walmart. I am also confused as to why they close for lunch, rite aid could literally have 2 ppl there and not close for lunch, just ridiculous!"

"The girls who were working on Saturday night 12/18/21 at closing in the pharmacy showed so much compassion and empathy. My husband was released from the hospital late that evening and they'd sent him home with prescriptions for COVID pneumonia. We had stopped at two other drug stores which were closed. I walked in desperate at 20 minutes before the closed. The young lady with glasses and braids showed phenomenal customer service she laughed with me and calmed my nerves. I told her I understood I was late and there were 4 prescriptions and we didn't have insurance. She used the good RX card to help financially and told me take a seat she would do it for me and boy did she! It only took her about 15 or so minutes and relieved more stress than she knows from me who was just desperate to get him out of the car and home. This meant so much to us and I hope she and the young lady with long blond hair who checked us out get recognition for their speed and empathy shown to a distressed customer. Thanks to them we will be back as customers to this pharmacy again!"

"If I could give it negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like waiting for two hours. It only took 20 minutes for my first prescription but two hours for the second. When I finally went back in to check on it (didn’t receive any notification from them) they said “oh we don’t have enough to fulfill your prescription.” And left it at that. They just weren’t going to tell me, they didn’t tell me when they’d have enough either. When I asked for help transferring it to another pharmacy (like Walgreens where they actually care about you) nobody would help me. If I hadn’t gone back inside (after running errands) I would have been waiting all day. If you expect your prescriptions the same day, go to Walgreens."

"I will never go back to Walmart Pharmacy. I went to the Urgent care due to strep throat so I could get some antibiotics and pain medication because not only was my throat in pain but my ears were also in constant pain. The urgent care prescribed me a strep throat package of the antibiotics and pain medication. I go to pick up my prescription and I spend over an hour waiting just to be told they are ready but the pharmacist questioned why they ate giving me such a strong pain med. So I wait longer while they try to call urgent care. Finally ended up leaving without pain meds. After multiple calls the pharmacist still wouldnt release it. So I've been in constant pain for 3 full days so far because over the counter medications are not helping and I still havent got my pain prescription. I will never be back!! The doctor prescribed me that and all pharcany should do it just fill it!"
