"I called to ask if they carried a specific brand of a prescription and the lady that answered the phone was very rude! Instead of answering my question with “No, sorry we don’t carry that brand” she had to answer me by saying “They don’t discuss or disclose the types of brands they do carry.” Well I didn’t ask for you to tell me what brands you carried I simply asked if you carried a specific prescription brand should have been a simple answer yes or no. Not with all the attitude and rudeness I encountered. Work on your listening skills and customer service techniques."

"Let me start by saying I felt very welcomed and appreciated as soon as I walked in. I had never been here before but needed a flu shot. I talked to Tina and she got everything as far as paperwork and everything in order before I got there. I walked in, carrying my service dog, which they welcomed him along with me. I was greeted by Amy at the front and Larry and the other staff greeted me from the back. Everyone looked happy to be at work and enjoying their job. I felt totally safe as far as my safety with covid-19. I much appreciate that. Tyler took me to the back to give me my flu shot. As we were walking he gave me the flu shot. I had no idea he had even given it to me. Best flu shot giver, good job Tyler. As I began to leave I talked to Tina and Larry, very kind, caring and friendly people. All in all I will definitely drive from Rock Hill to Lake Wylie to get my flu shot from now on. This pharmacy took the time to actually care about me and my wellbeing. I felt valued as a customer and I know my business was much appreciated. Remember people shop small businesses. They need it now more than ever. I can't say enough about the friendly staff.
