"Had a newer employee waiting on me. He had to retake my order 3 times and was very slow. He refused to put donuts in the box as I named the ones we wanted and after the 3rs time the manager asked me to go to next counter to wait for the donuts - got home and the donuts were NOT the ones I ordered. Very disappointed."
"Food was good and made the right way. Service was fast and friendly. 4 stars only because this place is kind of discreetly located and hard to find from the road. It's located inside the gas station or go through the drive-thru but that's also kind of confusing because the drive-thru entrance and the car wash entrance are the same. It's at the very busy intersection of route 250 and route 31."
"The coffee is good when they get the order correct. That's the only reason I didn't give them 1 star. The service is trash. Even if you go inside you're standing at the register waiting while six people are walking aimlessly with a glazed look in their eyes. I could understand if they were understaffed or even busy. I go there at least 3 times a week and it happens EVERY time."
