Starbucks

"So the morning crew is actually great but the evening crew always messes up my order (always ordered in advance via app so they can literally read it) and is rude in general. I finally said something this last time, yesterday, because the drink was to cheer up my teen whose cat is in the emergency pet hospital. When I told her she put on things that weren't supposed to be in it, she gave me the snarkiest 'i don't care, so?' look and didn't even respond - just stared at me - so I walked out and will, in future, go out of my way to go to another location. Hire workers that can read and want to be there. Whoever was there yesterday at 4pm doesn't fit that."

"Staff memorized my drink in just a couple visits. Great service. Sometimes forgets the syrup in a drink order, but does have the only drive thru so frankly is probably one of the most stretched d staff at any Starbucks in the region. Hard to hold that against them!"

"Manager does not understand concept of light ice. Says he will have to up-charge to add more milk/espresso to an already ridiculously priced drink. If you don’t honor options on the app then remove them!!! Drive the extra few minutes to Victor or Pittsford where their manager understands what he/she/they are doing."

"To say I am not a morning person is an understatement! However, I am just leaving the drive through and they absolutely made my day. The person that waited on me had the greatest most upbeat energy. And there was a special surprise on my cup. I feel like folks are all too eager to complain about negative experiences these days and I just wanted to share that this might have been a simple transaction for them, but it really brightened my day!"

"Probably should go to a different location if you want some coffee. Very rarely does my coffee get made the way I order it, which is annoying because I’m already paying for good coffee at a premium. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue, but if it is, then Starbucks should be ensuring their employees are fully trained, and that they’re fully staffed at all times. Most of the time if there’s any sauce or syrup it’s not even mixed with the coffee, just a giant layer of it on the bottom. Victor Starbucks has never given me any issues so I go there regularly but the rare occasion I go to perinton, it’s never made correctly, not even the stuff that’s on the menu with nothing special about it."
