"1) they answered the phone -every time I called. Thats big. 2) they were ready to make an appointment-there was a bit of a wait -about 4 weeks but I’d called early enough that it wasnt too cold before my new heat got put in. 3) the man who came to do the initial inspection was on time. knowledgeable and friendly… and then they came - on time -and did the work of installing my heat complete with putting in new gas pipes… and even cleaned the stove I have in another room. I’m very grateful. everything went well and it was not a chore to work with them. I would Highly recommend Leroy Hearth and Home again! and will definitely be having them back for yearly service"
