I reside in Rochester where dozens of exhaust shop(s) are available and quotes were double! Courteous staff and excellent work at a very reasonable price! Geneseo Monroe muffler is the best option for your car needs!"

"I wish I could do less than one star. I bought tires on the Goodyear site and paid for service there as well. I showed up to my scheduled appointment and the guy at the desk was adamant that I didn't have an appointment and that my tires where not there and had nothing but attitude. I showed him the confirmation number and he said "that was worthless to him". I called the Goodyear number and they told the clerk over the phone when he should have received an email. He magically found it and found my tires in the back. Then he had no idea how to process anything. While I was in there, there was multiple issues with other customers and they all got the same attitude. My truck didn't see a lift until 5:45 for a 5:00 appointment and the work wasn’t done till 7. I am an extremely busy person hence why I made arrangements like this. I will not be going back here and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone."
