Sold me a 1" backflow device that was defective, called 3 times about it and nobody has talked to me about it or taken care of it. It's holding up my c of o. It's been 3 months since my first call. "Tried for a quote for 3 days. First quote was missing the main wire I called and spoke to the associate about. When I called back and found out I sent them the added info. Then I heard nothing. I called back and got hung up on. Called back was put on hold for 7mins then something picked up the phone slammed it down and I was hung up on again. Horrible customer service and communication. I will go elsewhere now that I'm short on time to get my supplies for my electrician conning in 4 days after getting the run around."
