Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

"We've been customers here for many years and rarely have we had an issue come up. Tonight we ordered the fish fry pizza and it came without any fish on it. When my son called to let them know, the guy who answered insisted there was fish on it, "100%". Well he was 100% wrong. In addition, part of the other pizza was lacking cheese or sauce, although it might have been hard to tell because of where it was burnt. Overall it was really disappointing."

"So disgusted with this place. We ordered a chicken parm sub. The sub came burnt so bad the roll was rock hard and black, as well as the chicken. We called them back they sent a new sub that turned out equally as bad. My boyfriend and son couldn't even eat them. $46 dollars for 2 subs and a small order of mozzarella Stix. Toatlly pissed with this place and their customer service. Also the second sub was not even what we ordered, and the first parm sub had mold on it. We took pictures, I do not recommend their food to anyone."

"Consistently good food with speedy delivery and a wide selection of menu items. It might just be the best Salvatore's location in the Rochester area. The dining room isn't quite as big as other locations, but it doesn't deter from the quality of food."

"Ok, so I am a little biased since I work here part-time. The place is great and so are the staff. It's even decorated for Christmas. The pizza is delicious and not too greasy like some other places. There's always a $10 daily deal for something, so that's great too."

"I couldn't review the food as I never ate anything. I'm in town visiting family for the holidays and ordered a pizza on 11/21/23. I called at 1651 and I was told immediately that I was being put on hold. I waited until 1659 to finally place my order. The individual informed me the order would be ready in roughly 30 minutes..a little extreme for a pizza but okay. I arrive a few minutes early and wait until 1730 to go in and hopefully grab a prepared pizza. I give the gentleman my name and number and he tells me they haven't even made the pizza yet. What!? If the timeframe for the pizza being ready slips a little....okay, but the pizza wasn't even made yet? I took my business elsewhere. It's an embarrassment that this establishment is one of the only pizza shops in the area."
