"I never review food chains usually. But this Dunkin is fantastic! The service was phenomenal, the girls working (12/2 at 9:30am) were amazing! And my coffee was actually right!! Highly recommend stopping here for your pick me ups."

"Today I stopped in to this Dunkin Donuts, after a having a terrible experience at another one in Rochester Ny. I had the best experience I've had in a while. THIS ONE CARES ABOUT IT CUSTOMERS. Unlike the other one that litterly huffed at me. When I explain nicely what was wrong and asked politely to have it remade. It was the exactly the same issue again. They didn’t take the time to listen. Thank you for make it right even though the mistake didn't happen at your store. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST."

"Service was spot on, wait time was minimal, the inside is small but looks nice. The snackin bacon was amazing, 2 pieces didn't have any pepper, but the other pieces had the perfect amount. My breakfast sandwich didn't taste as good as other locations, but I'd still be willing to come back."

"Reliable service in Downtown Rochester is difficult to find, but this Dunkin’ stands apart from the pack (their service is pretty good). Quality of the food / drinks is slightly below average what I expect from most Dunkin’s, hence my 4 star rating. However, it’s important to emphasize that their food is very good compared to other options in Downtown Rochester. To summarize, 4 star quality, but a “5 star” for downtown Rochester. (Does that make sense?) Also, no parking! Also, as of time of this review (September 2022), the street this Dunkin is on is under heavy road construction. Expect delays when traveling to this spot."
