Mooney's Sports Bar & Grill

"I got food from here, within 10 minutes of my first bite got sick. Secondly, as a doordash driver. Go inside to wait for food and get kicked out of a bar stool after being told my order would be another 25 minutes. Bartenders are incredibly rude. This is why the one in West Seneca closed down. I don't understand who is running this company, but this is the worst customer service for any restaurant I've experienced. The pathetic thing is that this food would probably be delicious. However if staff can't learn to treat customers or dashers with respect, I will keep adding updates every order I pick up from here for other people. I will also advise those people to not order from here. There was zero attempt at reconciliation from west seneca. Maybe this one will hopefully reach the same fate. Management probably won't even reach out about this"

"Food portions were HUGE, I did not expect to be buying an entire family dinner for $19. I ordered the Philly Mac & it was insanely good. Our server was awesome, friendly + we accidentally left our card on the table when we left & she sprinted out in the rain across the street to give it back to us. The inside of the restaurant was questionable but nothing too concerning. This is my second time at Mooney’s & we will be returning."

"Ordered door dash from here. Worst experience I have ever had. The dasher was waiting there for about 35 mins he even texted to let us know he was sorry. Got the order, wings were garlic parmesan, which tasted like nothing... And we ordered buffalo, not that sauce. Got the Reuben opened, had a wasp stuck to the meat. Can't give it lower than 1 but I would. Oh and it cost an insane amount."

"Absolutely terrible. I finally gave into the hype and tried Mooney's. I got a chicken finger sub it had 2 small dry chicken fingers on a cold roll. I ate about 3/4 of it. Not an atrocity, but I'll give it a 2/10. My wife got a fish fry. The fish looked great, but as soon as it was touched it absolutely crumbled into a greasy mess. It was served on top of a small pile of cold, soggy fries. The sides looked days old hardly any mayo or sauce in the salads. Dired out like week old leftovers.. the experience was a joke and i will recommend people skip over it in general."

"We had the BEST mac n cheese here! We ordered a full stinger Mac n cheese and split it. We also got a side of fries. The stinger mac n cheese was SO GOOD. We kept eating it even though we were full (that's how good it was)! It had bits of chicken finger, hot sauce, steak shavings and bleu cheese. Also the server was amazing. I made sure to look at my receipt for his name (William). He was so friendly and attentive. It was my first time here and I would 100% come back."
