"Absolutely ridiculous service, took 45 minutes to place order and get food in drive thru. People were actually leaving and I would have as well if I wasn’t blocked in. Employee stated they had 2 call ins and no one would come in. So there were only 2 people working dine in and drive thru. And to top it off the order was not correct. Shame on the owner/manager for not coming in and helping out the workers, especially after a bills game! Unacceptable…."

"Idk if they hire people who can’t read but every time I order a Nacho Deluxe WITH jalapeños they never give me jalapeños. It’s on the receipt so I know they can’t read."

"Horrible service! I ordered a fajita meal, they handed me my food and I noticed the fajita was very thin so I bought another one. A large fajita is always plump. I opened the first one and notice I was missing my tomato’s and it was so thin with lettuce and chicken. I asked does the second one have tomato’s cause I don’t need another one that I just purchased be thin too. He handed me a little bag with tomato’s in it.. I will no longer be going back to that establishment due to lack of . My large chicken fajitas looked like a taco with lettuce and chicken. Ended up paying almost $18 for nothing. More tortilla than anything else."

"Food and service were great. The whole place was basically empty apart from the workers and everything was very neat and tidy. There was some kinda moody music playing that created an interesting vibe, but it was overall a good experience."

"So the pictures attached are what is being posted in clear view of customers from the counter. This is absolutely not the way to handle disciplinary issues, and any manager with any sense knows that. This goes to show how the employees are treated here. This is terrible leadership from everyone involved, and is clearly coming from corporate, and an area/district manager, down a chain of command to store management. It's no wonder this place can't keep any employees or managers around, and are always short staffed. Hence there's only 3 total people working during a busy peak, and it then takes 20+ minutes to receive what was ordered a lot of the time. Numerous other reviews have said the same, and some other restaurants are NOT this short staffed. Maybe the corporate and district/area manager should worry about those issues instead of someone's shirt or name tag. Also, the flies at the pop machine up front are gross. But how does the company expect anyone to get to it when there's 3 people working????? Incredibly mind boggling how whoever is in corporate/district management here still has a job."
