"Honestly, I’m so upset, I realized after I left. I wanted them to put on a spare with a brand new steer tire on there. Take out the driver side, rotate the passenger side to the driver then put the new one on the passenger side. Easy enough, showed me he understood. WRONG. They took off both wheels and somehow they put the passenger one right back right on where it came off. Then put the new spare onto the driver side. Basically just installing a spare that’s already on the rim. FOR $200, 40-60 bucks everywhere else. I had a torn ACL, stayed in the truck and since it was a simple tire rotation job I didn’t think I would need to check. that’s my fault but if you’re gonna charge me over 200 bucks for a Tire install and a rotation, at least do them. If they can’t even handle tires, you guys really think you can trust them with your PMs for your engine?"
