"This was my first experience at Chipotles. I was very disappointed. The tomato, corn and rice had loads of cilantro in them. They did have a plain rice option however, they were out and had no intentions of making more. Most of the tables were dirty, which made finding clean seating difficult. The only thing I did enjoy was the berry drink. I would not recommend this location."

"I’m a regular at this chipotle location, I come here all the time after my gym workout session. I will say portions are very skimpy for the most part. Today I had to wait 10-15 mins for my chicken bowl. Everyone is polite for the most part but today I had this service manager with a nasty attitude. She was cutting chicken and did not want to give any portions until she finished cutting the whole pan, when there’s 5 -7 customers behind me waiting for chicken. She told the crew member on tortilla station to not hand any chicken and criticize his job when he can’t perform anything without handing the cut chicken that was behind him. DML was not busy at all, but here’s the thing if there’s cut chicken why not just take care of the customers that are waiting 5-10 mins first and then move forward? Why cut the whole pan first instead of just scooping out from the cutting station? Like I said, I get it sometimes it gets busy but there was 5-7 customers waiting for chicken including myself. It doesn’t make sense to have us wait."

"Our favourite place to come when we visit the states! More are coming to Canada and that is exciting! We love chipotle! Great options and not a horrible junky food place either! Can get fairly healthy options! I love getting double chicken and light rice in my bowls! The service at this location was the best so far! Very friendly and helpful staff!! Highly recommend!"

"We have been ordering from this location multiple times since it's close to our house but highly disappointed with their service. Not even one single time they have made our order correctly. Every time our vegetarian order ends up having steak or some meat. Then we need to go and get it made again. Such a pain to do that almost every time. This time I ordered ahead of tine through app and had to wait 30 mins then the sever realized she tagged my bag wrong and then gave me cold bowls. Which again were wrong. The bowls have correct label but wrong ingredients. Had to come back again. I am done with this location and will never order from this location again."

"Everything was either raw or burnt. We arrived 30 minutes after open and were the first people in the restaurant and were still told very rudely that it would be a 15 minute wait. These employees were curt and slow; there was so little communication at checkout it was ridiculous. Our burritos were marked with a pen that didn’t work, and all just had a “C” because they were chicken. We had to tear them apart to figure out what was in each burrito. Will not be returning. So disappointed that a member of our party’s first chipotle experience was ruined. I am a veteran customer with over 4,000 points on the chipotle app. Never have I had an experience like this at a chipotle. Make better choices and next time don’t burn my chicken. -love, Karen"
