"Our experience just now was downright awful. Staff were short without any enthusiasm, portions were laughable, no pitas were offered and we needed to prompt the employees at the counter to give us dressing. When you're charging $15+ for a salad, you expect decent portions, or at the very least a decent experience. We received neither. I certainly will not go out of my way for Rachel's in the future when there are considerably better, comparable options nearby. I actually left and drove to Pita Gourmet for another salad because of the portion size."

"Rachel's offers incredibly fresh tasting and flavorful Mediterranean Cuisine and I couldn't be happier about that. I had it for lunch, and I've just devoured a Pita and half of a salad for dinner and I feel great. I can literally hear my body thanking me. I highly recommend."

"The food was mediocre and a bit dry.. The woman's there was serving me. I was asking her a bunch of questions. Because I was new there and I don't think she's seen to want to conversate too much.. I was like whatever I'm hungry. I'll get what I'll get. She seemed a little impatient. I got everything I needed and then I cashed out. I got the salad bowl in a rap and it came over $30. That is ridiculous and 2 expensive for the quality of food.. I won't be going there again. It's just a mediocre restaurant."

"I haven’t had Rachel’s in a few years. Today I got door dash from this location and it was phenomenal! I had a chicken soulvaki rice bowl. All the ingredients were very fresh, bowl had a ton of food in it, and great taste! I will make sure to visit this location when I want Rachel’s. It was the best Rachel’s I’ve ever had."
