McDonald's

"Ordered three Egg McMuffins with cheese, received three epic Muffins with sausage, also ordered three hash browns never got those, although we were not charged for them. This is only the third time in the last year that I've stopped off at the North Clinton McDonald's. And I do have to say it is the worst McDonald's I've ever stepped foot into. Why they are still in business at that location I will never know. The last time I went there the food was ice cold and I waited 45 minutes to get that. Very disappointed McDonald's used to be held to higher standard."

"They messed up our order I wanted a big Mac so they gave me a fish sandwich but it wasn't a fish sandwich instead it was a chicken sandwich come on people really"

"I walked up to the counter where I wasn't greeted and watched some kid stare off into the abyss. It took him a minute before he told me he was waiting for someone to unlock her card. So, I can't order because someone is on the phone trying to unlock their card? I wanted to pay cash so I couldn't use the stupid kiosks. Anyway, poor kid just sat there, no help from management, in fact the blonde manager just went outside and smoked a cigarette. Meanwhile, there were 3 people at the counter with messed up orders and wanting simple stuff like ketchup. I left, what a disaster."

"No one says Thank you. From the drive tru, to the pay window to the pick up window. Told my wife I'm not going to say it either, failed at 1st window. Not hard to be polite. And charging extra for a Syrup is crazy. Needs new management"
