"Went through this morning. Got two drinks and two pieces of food, a bagel and a donut. I ordered the bagel toasted with butter. It came not toasted and with no butter and one of the drinks which was half hot chocolate half coffee has no hot chocolate in it. How do you mess up a drink that literally only has two ingredients?? I tried to call to discuss the problem with them and of course no one answers the phone cuz why would a business answer its phone for its customers? I understand. Sometimes this place is like the only thing that's open, but if you have any other options especially with a Starbucks a block away go with the other options!"

"We went through the drive through this morning to get a cup of coffee and muffin. Had to small separate orders. But just for asking a simple question to the lady at the lady at the window, we get a sigh of frustration back through the speaker as if we are being difficult. You should teach your employees what real customer service is. If I were to be asked a question by a customer on the job and my reply to their face is a sigh of frustration I would expect that customer to not want to shop with me. She was a hateful person even after we pulled up to the window. Will not be coming back to this location."
