"Got everything accurately that I had ordered. Always a plus. All of the food was very flavorful. The house lo mein was like a medley of the different styles, I was surprised to find shrimp in it. Delicious. General Tso sauce was full of flavor and on the sweeter side than spicier. The sweet and sour sauce was very mild in flavor but allowed for the chicken's flavor to come through. Crab rangoons were packed with filling and crispy and airy rather than hard and chewy. Pleasant first experience ordering here overall. 4.5 / 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"This positive review is long overdue! I have been coming here for close to 15 years and I don't think I've EVER had a negative experience. Exactly what you want out of a Chinese takeout restaurant. Staff makes great food, and are always friendly on the phone and at pickup. "We have been going to Number One Kitchen probably once a week for many years. They have never got an order wrong and no matter how much food we order it's always ready within 5 to 10 minutes. They give you a lot of food and it's not expensive."

"Someone else here left a review talking about how the proprietors of this place had 'trouble with english' and would answer the phone 'babbling like toddlers'. I dunno what they're talking about. I'm guessing this must've been their first Chinese food. For the record, every time I call in I've been perfectly able to understand the waitress. They do talk fast and get straight to the point, but no one I know has ever been unable to keep up. I always saw this as a good thing, since it saves both of us a lot of time. Suffice to say, they certainly do not "babble like toddlers". Speaking of time, the waitress always says the food will be done in 15 minutes - and it ALWAYS is. The cooks here are really good and REALLY fast. You can hop in the car and start driving down to this place the second you make your order and it'll be ready the time you get there. Exceptionally fast service. My go-to is Chicken & Broccoli with curry sauce. You will not be disappointed."
