"Ordered through door dash with an estimated delivery time of 5:30pm. When the time of delivery was pushed back multiple times (dasher waiting on restaurant) we called to check on the situation around 6pm. The lady who answered was abrasive and said 'we could send the meat raw to you but I don't think you want that'. Working in food service, I understand having a bad night and the reviews say the food is good, we decided in that moment that the poor attitude was something we could deal with. Especially since we were told it was coming out in ten minutes and we really wanted to try the food. With a drive time of 17 minutes from our home the estimated delivery time would have been 6:27ish which was the latest delivery time in the app. At 6:17pm the delivery time was pushed back again and it still wasn't on the way. We have kids who need to eat and start bedtime routine with baths as well as a need to eat ourselves. We decided to cancel and pick up fast food instead. Very disappointed with their ability to estimate cooking time, and the poor service on the phone. Perhaps when we have 2-3 hours to wait for a meal, or when they can give door dash a better estimate of how long it takes to make their food, and give a response to this review when it happens, we will order again. But as it stands we will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed."

"Didn't care for the sweets but oh my the food is incredible!!!! I've had the brown stew chicken, oxtail, curry chicken, jerk chicken and fried chicken....all fantastic! I don't even like coleslaw, but even that was great. The plantains were perfect, not too sweet, not too bland, texture was great too...not too soft or hard. Prices are decent. 100% recommend the food."

"Coming from NYC I was very excited to find a new Jamaican spot in buffalo. The food is very good and authentic but the service unfortunately was not great. The young girl at the register was in her own world, I had to constantly repeat myself. Also had to ask for oxtail gravy and jerk sauce on the side because the food was completely dry without sauce on it which is why I took away a star. This was on a Saturday evening."
