"I ordered a premium sandwich and they gave me the wrong one. I went back in and explained they gave me the wrong sandwich and the ladies had a fit. They made another one but it was cold and refused to warm it up as it should be and not cold. I never will come back to this location. One of the employees said maybe we should have dropped her food on the floor. $6 wasted in the trash. Thanks a lot guys!"
"I Ordered a vanilla bean coolatta and ended up with blended up ice and milk that I could have made at home. How do you miss the main ingredient that provides flavor….and terrible staff! They always have attitudes no matter what time of the day it is…won’t be returning being how there’s always an issue!"
"12/10/23 11am. Workers forgot a sandwich after a 1/2 hour wait in drive through. Went in and was greeted after another 5 minutes with attitude, after another 5 minutes the food was just about thrown at me.HORRIBLE SERVICE, rude girls, never again."
"Just ordered a regular hot coffee and a box of assorted munchkins at the drive-through. They gave me a lukewarm pumpkin spice latte and a box of plain. Smh."
"My daughter likes this location because so far they're the only ones who get her coffee right? It's a miracle when she doesn't need to go back in and HAVE to ask them to remake it? A few years ago she worked at D&D(and was excellent at her job. U know ur doing something right when customers ask for "U" to make their food and drinks, but also because ur sweet/respectful towards them) and she definitely knows when not enough caramel or sugar have been added to her coffee.....but it's also not as if it's free, because we do get charged for our little extra goodies and condiments, added to our drinks and food."
