"I just got off the phone with I believe her name is Darcey? I was calling in regards to a prescription that needs to be filled and was a bit confused about the process. She answered my questions with a tone of uncertainty. That wasn’t what made me leave this low review, it was that she believed she had hung up and I heard her mockingly explain to her coworker what our conversion was about.. super unprofessional if you ask me. Make sure to hang up the phone before making fun of customers concerns."

"This pharmacy is a 5-star pharmacy because of the highest level of hard work ethic and professionalism that a pharma-tech named Margaret possesses. Kudos to whoever is responsible for hiring her and as a word to the wise, they'd best be compensating her very well in order to keep her there as the example she sets as a team leader to the others! "This pharmacy is awful, I had a card to save a percentage on my meds and all they have to do is type in the code like they did at the pharmacy in Leland and it took no time. Well here at this one they made me wait and they did nothing. They just kept helping people in line. And of course people kept coming and I’m still sitting here. Awful pharmacy. Don’t come here!"

"I am a black woman in America and the service here at this location is horrible. They do not let you complete a sentence. They put you on hold mid sentence. Have been unsucessful in getting my husband's medicine for two days all due to lack of communication from the employees here at this location and nhmrc out patient pharmacy. If I had a choice I would not use either of these facilities for medication dispensary. Now I said good day. I had a BF dealing with these people."
