"The last 2 times I have ordered from this location i have been incredibly disappointed. Last week my coworker and I ordered hoagie his steak, mine stinger. Mine was so overfill and sloppy I needed a fork and got some hard chewy pieces of inedible steak. This time we decided on combos. 1/4 cheeseburger for him, beef taco for me. His cheeseburger was bone dry, no lettuce, tomato, pickle just a sad burger on a toasted bun. My taco was barely in tact, fell apart completely in my hands. My suggestion if you order from this location is to bring a bowl, fork and bib because everything you get just falls apart into a horrible mess. Oh and everything was cold despite being the only order they were making and my being there to pick it up before it was even ready. So sadly I won't be spending any more money here which is a shame be cause I used to absolutely love this place but quality control just seems to have gone out the window."

"I was visiting Buffalo and got the chicken finger sub. It took a while but the chicken fingers were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside coated in a perfectly sour, spicy and salty. Inside was clean and the staff were so friendly!"
