"Had my vehicle towed to their shop cause the collision shop wasn’t open. My insurance company comes to tow my vehicle to the collision shop and they refuse to release my car without payment which needs to go through the insurance companies cause it was involved in accident that wasn’t our fault. They want 600 for a one mile tow. This is absolutely ridiculous and they did not say anything about it being this much in the first place. Do NOT and I mean do NOT use this company"
