"Depending on the time of day you come here you get very different services. You could wait in like at the speaker 5 min before someone speaks to you. From friendly staff to blunt staff. I don't know who Dunkin are hiring in the Gates/Greece are but I have had the slowest service in all of them. Food and coffee are consistent at least."

"There's a Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and D.D. in the immediate area. The business strategy of the coffee shops in the area is to get you in and out ASAP. When D.D. first opened, they were just as fast, but not as of late. It's been taking me too long to go through the process. I waited 8 minutes the other day and left...drove across the street to Tim's and got my coffe in about 2 minutes. These girls at D.D. are not handling it...I don't know if they cut back on staff or if it's just the girls there not putting the effort in....probably both. Anyways, I don't have the time to screw around with this place."

"My daughter just came back from this location this morning, and she said the drive thru cashier had a terrible attitude, and that certain employee never fills the coffee orders correctly. If u drink ur coffee a certain way, u definitely know when all the things u asked for are not added? For some reason, there are more D&D employees who get orders wrong than they do right(it most be an epidemic among fast food restaurants because her in Rochester, ur usually more unsatisfied than u are satisfied) and what's with them not adding the extra pumps of condiments but remembering to charge u for them, and it's like they act as if THEY'RE the ones paying for the extras? The purpose of drive thru is so u don't have to go inside? The rude DT lady also acted as if she had to go way across town to get the drink tray my daughter asked for?"

"I usually have great service at this Dunkin but today, (6/28/23), it was terrible. I placed my mobile order as usual and I was brought everything individually because they paid zero attention to the order and were focusing on an employee in the background loudly complaining about the schedule. Extremely unprofessional all the way around."
