"Not excited about their drive thru. Are we legitimately ordering fast food with robots? Food sizes were also incredibly small for what we ordered. Overall, disappointing experience."

"I was in the car with my best friend we had just came from the club craving a strawberry ice cream. This orange synthetic wig wearing woman looking like a butch queen said they had no ice cream when I pulled up to the window I saw them dispensing ice cream for another customer. When I called her out on it she gave us attitude and said we had to mind our business and that ice cream was only for doordash orders which makes no sense!"

"The orange synthetic wig wearing staff member refused to service me my ice cream that I’ve been waiting for in line for 30 whole minutes just to say that there’s no ice cream but when I mentioned that they do infact have ice cream because another staff member served ice cream in a cup right infront of my face she started getting an attitude and told me that it was for doordash only which is very weird. As I was waiting for my order she started screaming and yelling about how she’s annoyed that people are asking for ice cream at 2 am. Very unprofessional individual."

"Everything was great! Just a couple of concerns: 1. No refills on soda products. That is pretty much the norm nowadays. Just like fast food places setting out a tip jar. Having been in the restaurant business, I know for a fact that soda tanks are purchased for pennies, compared to the crazy markup that is done. Pretty sure giving out refills will not bankrupt the restaurant. 2. I ordered a regular (single burger) meal. It was considered a kid's meal. I just wish I would have been informed of that. FLIP SIDE? They offer Military discounts and I think that awesome that we are being recognized and thanked for our service to this country. I wish more businesses would offer that. And I love the fact that they bring your food to you!"

"My chicken sandwiches were kind of beat up looking. However I loved the idea of the automated order taking in the drive through. I also loved that I placed my mobile order and at the window they knew it was me without saying anything. No other fast food place I have been has been this technologically advanced so I have to give a 4. They where however out of lettuce, so I added my own."
