"My husband and I love this place! We have been here enough to say the staff is always has top notch customer service and never disappoints in their food. We were here again within the last week and every staff member we came into contact with was very friendly. Our food was made in such a quick manner that we almost weren’t ready as we were just finding a table and sitting down. I saw another review who gave this place 1 star and I saw it was door dash. They complained the fries were cold. Coming from a restaurant background I just want to make note that fries have a 7 minute hold time. So if your door dash person wasn’t there as soon as it was ready and your house is not within 7 minutes then it definitely explains why you were less than happy with your purchase. The idea of door dash is great, but people have to take into consideration the time of when their meal was complete to when their delivery person picked it up to how long it took to be delivered. You’re not going to have super hot and fresh food in the way you would if you went there and ate. I just wanted to point that out for anyone who wants to do door dash from here and blame five guys directly when there are plenty of contributing factors. In my opinion this is one of the best quick serve burger and fry joints around!"

"The service was friendly. You do have to wait a little bit for the burger to be cooked, but worth the wait. The burger was very good, cooked fresh. The fries, however, were over-cooked and way, way too salty. Generous portions. A small order of fries is plenty. They have free roasted peanuts for you to eat while waiting in line, but those are really salty as well. A great place to get 4000 calories in one meal. If I ever eat here again, I will ask for no salt on the fries, they would have been better if not over-cooked, as they are fresh cut. Four stars for the tastey burger, minus one for the fries."

"Always a great meal here. This is much better than any fast food combo out there. The burgers and fries are freshly made and delicious. The staff here was friendly and our order was ready quickly. We will definitely return here again someday."

"We could only locate one clean table in the entire restaurant, and that's not good with COVID19 concerns. I asked for salt packets for my French fries and was only given 3 packets and was told that's all they had in the entire restaurant. Very frustrating! On a good note the burgers were tasty and the fries were hot and fresh. Unfortunately I just wasn't completely sold with this particular Five Guys location so I couldn't recommend them as I probably wouldn't return myself when they're so many other great burger places to choose from."
