"As Fredonia State alumni in town for the evening we were excited to check out Steelbound. Our party of 3 arrived at 9:25pm intending to have one drink at the bar. Despite the posted hours (at hotel front desk and in the bar) stating closing time on a Saturday night was 10pm, we were curtly told they were closing and wouldn’t serve us. We then went to the hotel lobby in hopes of utilizing the advertised self serve beer machine. Unfortunately the desk clerk could not load the cards due to technical issues despite her best efforts. After this disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend to friends or alumni due to the poor customer service in the bar area."

"Great atmosphere and dinner! If you’re looking for high quality food and drinks, this is the place to go. The starboard tea and specialty margaritas were made perfectly. We both ordered the butter chicken which is al a carte and expensive, but well worth it! If you have room for anything else after dinner, they have a huge bar with outdoor seating viewing the stunning lake erie!"

"Stopped here as part of our 2023 WNY Beer Trail pass. We have been to the ellicottville location before and wanted to check this one out this time. Other than the rain, it was awesome. Service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious as always, beers were cold. We love this brewery and will be back soon."

"first time there and what a grat experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful, The brewery located right inside was amazing to look at. with the water right outside makes the night time views one to remember. all and all, it was a great time ,food was good, atmosphere awesome and we will definitely be back."
