"Purchased multiple times a year for about 4-5 years from her never had a problem. Had a special event and needed matching bridesmaids dresses (all bridesmaids were supposed to wear the same thing) and ordered the dresses from her. She had to order it from overseas and have it shipped to me. The dresses came in the mail different than how it looked in pictures. And they were all different from each other. I reached out to her she apologized but told me she can't refund us that we can just exchange it for something else at her store. We only had 2 weeks to find similar dresses and have them tailored. We all went looking different. I will be filing a case at small claims court and won't spend my money here. I also will be reporting this"
