"If I could give no stars I would! Poor customer service, I ordered a bed set and they gave me what they wanted to give me, I NEVER received the headboard and then they told me they would fix the situation but I NEVER received a COURTESY call to tell me what's going on they are the WORST!!!!"

"I personally have never done rent to own and never would. Never sign as a reference to anyone who wants to rent from them. The person I allowed to use me as a reference took off and moved somewhere with the television and I got sued because Aaron's tried to say I consigned. This was absolutely not true, I did not even qualify for a rental myself because at the time I was unemployed. I was one of two or three references that this person gave. Thankfully I was able to prove my case in court and won but found out that television had been previously sold and repossessed three times prior to other people and they had profited already for far more than the television was even worth brand new. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND NEVER LET ANYONE USE YOU AS A REFERENCE FOR THEM."

"They were friendly. No issues there but took awhile to get merchandise. Washer not connected in back (the drain hose just had a zip tie on it) and leaked all over the floor potentially causing damage. Hot water hose was also dripping. We had to fix it. Had to buy vent hose for dryer. I would highly suggest just hooking up washer yourself or there will be a flood. Double check the drain hose connection at the bottom!"
