"Used to love this place, the service has gone downhill CONSIDERABLY. I have consistently had to wait for over 30 mins for food, which then comes out cold, when it’s not busy at all. Currently sitting here and watching the dining room fill with people waiting to order, and have not seen a staff member in the half hour i’ve been here. Still waiting for food. Had to go up and ask for it to be boxed to go. Note that when we came in, we were the only people here. Now there are 8 people here waiting to have their orders taken. Unfortunately I do not see myself coming here again, which sucks because i love supporting downtown/local. Definitely not a place to stop for a quick lunch during work."

"Food was a major disappointment. If the sandwich was $5 I would of felt robbed. But the pesto chicken sandwich was actually $12. Just cheap sliced bread with a few pieces of torn chicken on top, a piece or two of red onion mixed in, no flavor. Definitely not going back."

"Shakes and smoothies are great tasting and value for money @$8. Mean Green shake was thick and tasty. Highly recommend the Pressed Pesto Sandwich which was packed with filling (chicken, red pepper, red onion, spinach and cheese) and great flavor! There is also a wide variety of healthy snacks and pre-made food (with a microwave on site) and a nice seated area inside."

"Awesome place - go here! They have fresh-made sandwiches, wraps & salads, and ready-to-go pastas and other food. We were in the mood for something that’s not super heavy and this place was exactly what we needed. We had a buffalo chicken wrap and a chicken pesto sandwich and they tasted amazing and didn’t make you feel like eating unhealthy. I noticed they also do gluten free options for bread and wraps. Overall great spot!"

"Love this place! The food is amazing both looks and flavor-wise! I got a wrap sandwich (chicken pesto) a few days ago and another one (chipotle chicken & bacon) today. Taste is amazing! Both came with a small bag of chips. Everything is well balanced and the people are really nice! Also, they have seating inside and outside. Totally have to try out!"
