"They deserve more than 5 stars!!! Jay never disappoints. He has such a talent when it comes to creating dishes that are layered with different flavors. The whole staff was working so hard to crank out the amazing pizzas. We started with the Asian pear small plate. It was exceptional! We then had the Cacio e Pepe and the Calabrian Crunch pizzas. Both were outstanding. Finally we finished with the cannolis and they were the perfect end to a delicious meal. You will definitely be doing a food happy dance as you eat!! Run, don’t walk to Pizzeria Florian!"

"I came expecting this to be good. I was blown away at just how good it was. Pizza is full of flavor and it was super crispy crust. The appetizer was unique and the flavors balanced well. Holy cannoli the cannolis were fantastic. Don’t normally prefer chocolate but that was the better of the two awesome flavors but both were great. I hesitate to even write this because this is definitely going to be one of those places that it’s hard to get a table at in the future. It’s that good."
