"I know this location is new, but I would like to see some improvements. I could tell two different people put together my order, both being the chicken pesto flatbread. One was folded in half properly, and the other more like a trifold or flat bottom taco. The cheese was not fully melted on them, so I reheated when I got home. This food was thoroughly inspected prior to eating because of the following... Coming from experience of 20+ years in the restaurant & bar industry, MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT & DISGUST was the employee making my food had shoulder length hair, and it was NOT tied back and had NO hair net, with his hair dangling above my food the entire time he was making it. This employee was on their phone and looked to be picking his nose prior to me walking in (I assume he washed his hands prior to putting on gloves and making food) I left after telling the employee I would like to see him wearing a hairnet next time!"

"I tried out this location recently because I grew to dislike the atmosphere and customer service at the Henrietta NY location. when coming here for the first time I received an incorrect order , asked for a refund due to that and the fact that I didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade correctly and was denied. I think that is extremely unprofessional if there was a mistake made of behalf of the establishment there is no reason I should be denied for a refund. Thank you"
