"horrible service. Walked up to a counter associate for help. Asked for a brake line fitting which they had in stock as per online website. they went to the tool section in which I corrected them saying it was a part, not a tool. they asked which make and model and I explained its universal part and it will not come up with make model. I was told I had to go and look up the part myself and give them the part number so they could further assist me. Then just walked away. Confused, I looked up the part on my phone and came back up to the counter. I was told to go see another counter associate because they didnt know what i was looking for. i gave them the part number and they lead me to the isle the part was in which i finally found. I asked for another part in which they said had to be looked up. i walked around the store and found the part my self in this time period. After I came back up i found the associate never looked up any part his computer was blank. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"Charles there has a real issue with women. Me and my girlfriend went in there to buy oil and an oil filter. They didn't have any oil filters that were not damaged. All bent. He wanted to argue with me and my girlfriend about how a bent oil filter is ok to put on your vehicle.. and he said she doesn't know whats shes talking about because shes a woman... very bad experience."

"Went to buy a quart of oil and four spark plugs. As I was cashing out it rang up both oil and spark plugs however it wouldn't let me cash out because the girl said the computer said that the oil wasn't in stock even though the oil was right in front of us. She tried four different times held me up 25 minutes and I was unable to get my items. I will not ever go back here again. Poor management and inability to service customers even though it rang up is unacceptable! Get it together people!"

"Conveniently located and has most of the car items you would need. Decent prices. But cheaper online and then pick up at the store."
