"Well I wanted to keep business local n support small businesses… they were happy to sell me a few major appliances sent scratch discounts, (to my surprise a larger store has new not scratched/dented same model for the same price), I paid for delivery, was just told they couldn’t bring it inside, no big deal I have a big porch. Day of delivery they send one guy, and my husband had to get it off of their truck. When I complained and said how is that ok for the customer to get on your truck and remove their own stuff, I was told that they only do tailgate delivery…(I was never informed of that, in fact had it been me at home accepting my appliances I physically couldn’t have got them off the truck. I was not offered anything back on delivery (since my husband had to do half the work of a delivery). In fact the older fella sitting at the desk playing solitaire was less than helpful and definitely lacked customer service skills. Their delivery charge is a scam seriously go rent a U-Haul with a ramp ( they don’t even have a ramp on their truck) and move it, it’s cheaper and easy. They did refund me for the microwave we bought that did not work without question. But seriously shop around before buying the appliances… and stay away from the delivery it’s a hoax. Update: Just to clary I am happy with the appliances I purchased and could keep. They work as they should and the price being the same elsewhere is not an issue for me. As far as not being there the manager was not there either. The sale and return was fine and the guy helping us was helpful. My only reason for the low star was delivery only and the gentleman playing solitaire… the gentleman delivering the item was kind from what I know and deserved a tip as he did great given the large appliances and being the only worker on the truck, It was the process that disappointed. Sorry you felt I screamed at the bank.. they didn’t share that feeling. And please check your call logs if possible I did call about delivery and was told that was the process, then as I mentioned in the first paragraph tried to talk to the older fella there about it. I’m sorry you were misinformed by staff of the events that transpired during delivery. All other interactions were fine, products are good, and return went fine. To be fair I’ll add a star since it was only delivery and interactions surrounding the matter that was unsatisfactory."

"My family and everyone I know will NEVER deal with them again. Customer service is horrible. Very disappointed in the whole process - We tried to stay local and buy all materials for our house through them. Save yourself the headache. I am not even wasting my time with a rant on here.
