Thompson Appliance and Furniture

"Been buying from Thompson's for 30 plus years….Many appliances ! Washers dryers refrigerators dishwashers ranges etc ….Referred our kids and family and friends to them….. We recently bought a washing machine….Had a problem with it jumping around during the empty cycle…. Covered under warranty ….They could not get a service tech to come out and fix the problem…After all these years and purchases they just left us hanging….Turned us over to Whirlpool who called and said they couldn’t get anyone to our home either….We finally just called our service tech…. He was here in two hours…Very very disappointing and upsetting experience! We certainly will never go back ! Seems Thompson’s had options to take care of us and not lose such a long term loyal customer…Long term very costly for them… Yesterday we went to Lowe’s and bought a new microwave"

"Id give 0 if I could. I woke up and they were blocking my driveway. I asked them to move because they had no work to be done here and I needed to leave. Just to be told I was being rude for wanting access to and from my property back? When I called their employer to let them know I was not happy that their employees were talking to random people like this I was rewarded with more rudeness and asked if I was a lawyer and knew the law all because I wanted to be able to leave my property where they weren't servicing anything? I deserve rudeness and hate towards somethint I own? Over a simple request to not block my driveway?"
