"I would like to start out by saying the experience that I had with Rent A Wheel was above and beyond anything I ever expected I bought Wheels from companies all over North Carolina but I've never experienced any service like the service that I was given through Rent A Wheel. Leshia was the salesperson and if I could give 10 Stars I would she did everything she told me she was going to do she did it in a timely manner and fully explained everything to me and how there services work. Then on top of all of that the regional manager called me for a checkup to see how my experience was purchasing the wheels. "Tried to order Rims/Tires from the Charlotte RAW location, they couldn’t have cared less about helping us. Read reviews at this location, decided to give it one more chance, and we are so glad we did. Not only did they surpass the reviews, but they made the transaction feel so safe and smooth.
