"I would never recommend Bridgeland Auto to anyone. It does not even deserve one star. From the moment I started looking at vehicles, it was a disorganized mess. Now 6 months later I am still dealing with issues they have not resolved. I have nothing good to say about their service department. I was treated so poorly by Bobbi, it was absolutely disgusting."
"Informative advertising, ample inventory and a beautiful facility. We were greeted by A.J. as soon as we entered. He was focused on us and was with us all the way. A.J. made us feel like old friends. He walked us to our nice clean truck and familiarized us with everything. The entire staff was friendly. I drove 50 miles but it was worth it. It would have been nice if they had coffee. Overall it was a good experience."

"The person I spoke to and delt with was very nice. However, there was a complete lack of communication the entire time they had my vehicle. I had to wait until the next day and then I had to call them. Then they thought that I had my truck when they never called to let me know it was done. I only take my truck there because they have a great warranty on my truck."
