"Rude and unhelpful. They would not fill my adderall prescription because they said by federal law paper prescriptions must include a statement that says "cannot be e-prescribed." She texted a screenshot of part of the STOP Act provision as "proof." Not only does the provided screenshot not include the statement [described above] it specifically says that schedule IIC drugs, including ADHD drugs are excluded. When I brought this to her attention she started communicating (via text) by saying only "ok." Completely rude, unhelpful, and ignorant of the law she claims to be enforcing."
"Poor customer service and rude. Refused to take a paper script for a medication saying it was illegal to do so unless it was e subscribed. Sent a text with the "law". After reviewing the paper it specifically said that the medication could be prescribed with a paper script. No apology or anything. Just continued attitude!"
"I came in and they told me they delivered prescriptions but when I called a few days later on the status of the delivery, they say that it isn’t worth their time to have it delivered. I had a 90 gram prescription and they didn’t have it so they just crossed of the number and replace it with 30. They blamed my problems on miscommunication, there’s a lot of miscommunication here... Maybe it was just a bad day but I’m not coming back. Hopefully your luck is better than mine."
