"We were in there on a Friday, with a party of 7... Our orders were very simple.... it took us a while to place our order ,took even longer to get our food (a good 45 minutes) ... there was only 4 or 5 other tables in there at the time....the worst part was when my mom received her bill( we waited a good 30 minutes to get our bill)now mind you she only got a fish sandwich, on the bill there was all these extra charges.... my moms fish never came with tarter sauce so she asked for some... my dad's fish was pretty big that came with one half full 2 ounce cup...so he asked for another tarter, he also had a cup of soup that came with oyster crackers(in a 2 ounce souffle cup) Now You can imagine how many crackers came In a two ounce to souffle cup...so he asked for more crackers... so when my mom went to pay the bill and was told what the extras were for , her jaw dropped ....she was charged for the tarter for her fish sandwich...my dad was charged for his tarter as well as the crackers....my nephew ordered mozzarella sticks the first ones were so over cooked therer was no cheese in alot of them so he ordered new ones and was charged for both orders.... we have gone out for many ,many fish fry and never been charged for tarter or crackers.... this was very unfortunate because we liked their food... also it was super cold in there. Everyone had to eat with their oats on...."
"Great food. Pancakes are amazing, eggs benedict excellent and beer battered haddock the best around. Servers are great and very friendly. Cant wait to try the prime rib and to check out the live entertainment on Saturday nights. Love this place!"
"We had a wonderful dinner and the waitresses were wonderful with suggesting foods to try. We had an appetizer of stuffed mushrooms , main course of coconut shrimp with their New England clam chowder AND still made room for the cheesecake! Our kids also, for the first time, ate everything that was on their plate!! This is a great, family friendly restaurant."
"Fantastic food! Great prices! Tried this place years ago but now under new management, remodeled & new menu. There is a sous chef in the kitchen that cranked out 5 star restaurant dishes. We are seafood lovers & tried ahi tuna cooked to perfection & their clams & mussels in garlic, butter, & wine sauce over lingiuni! No leftovers... Their soup choices & salads were also impressive. Glad we went for a fathers day dinner. Great choice and will definitely return to try other items on their menu!"
"I’ve been twice once for breakfast and once for dinner, the breakfast was amazing, and very well priced for the amount of food you get. Dinner was also very good. Service was good with friendly staff as well. Overall I recommend giving this restaurant a try if you’re in Olcott."
