Wendy's

"Normally this restaurant is very quick, but I stopped by two evenings this month, and the drive thru line just didn't move. Both times the signs were not lit, though there were lights on inside. After more than five minutes of the car at the speaker not moving, I started to fear it was closed, and left. This evening at 9:30, the signs were off and the line was frozen again, so I gave up. I would be more willing to wait if I was actually sure they were open. When I drove by later, a car was at the pickup window, so presumably someone was able to order. If you try it, just be prepared for a wait."

"Food is good, however, I was short on time and I did not check my bag when I left. I was missing chicken nuggets and large fries. Wendy's has the best BBQ sauce."

"Stoped here in an emergency. Needed to eat to take some medicine, wished i had gone to McDonald’s. Jr. Baccon cheese burgers use to be $2. Now they are $3.99 for 4 to 5 bites of a sandwich. As if the price wasn’t enough. I had to wait for 20 mins for 2 sandwiches. Because in drive thru they were not paying attention to the order in front of me. There were 2 cars in drive thru. It wasn’t busy. The first car, they forgot a few items. Had they not had their air pods in their ears they might have heard the persons issue. I waited for 20mins for 2 $3.99 jr. bacon cheese burgers! I will not be going back. Prices are too expensive and service cant bother to turn their music off to pay attention."

"Awful communication from the employees. The girl at the counter who took our order tossed a random bag up onto the counter that wasn’t even our right order and looked at us and didn’t say anything so we took it. It was either the wrong order or they screwed it up. She did not say a word to us the entire time she was putting the bag on the counter and didn’t say anything to us when we left either. I ordered a Baconator and they gave me a tiny bacon burger with mustard on it. My partner didn’t get what he ordered at all either, he asked for a chicken BLT and he got a plain cheeseburger with pickles and mustard, and he hates mustard so he couldn’t even eat it. His mom went in to get the right order and the manager was in the store cussing up a storm yelling at the employees and in front of customers including children."

"There was nothing wrong with our visit to this location...the food was fine, it was ready in a reasonable amount of time and the seating area was clean. I was just shocked to see how much more the prices were compared to Wendy's in Canada...I know that they're two different countries, but for instance a small frosty at the moment is almost three times more expensive in the US, baked potatoes almost twice as expensive... That is not counting the 33% Canadian US exchange... We were just astonished at the difference in prices. Usually prices are less in the USA."
