"Depending on whom you get to wait on you - this is a hit or miss place. Kimmie has been very helpful and accommodating with my orders - she's great, they should have someone like her waiting on customers - not people with no personality. Had a bad experience there with a guy I never seen before named Jesse - who refused to fill my iced coffee up to the top (as I had directed when placing the order - no room for anything) he gave it to me 1" below the top - I asked him to fill it up as I mentioned - he refused. Then he called the manager over who actually had the nerve to say, 'I will do it this time for you, but not again.' Oh really? So while companies like yours are charging more and more and giving us less - we should be ok with that? I don't think so. When a customer asks for coffee up to the top - that is what they should get. They are being cheap and would rather 'follow orders' than make the customer happy - and do not care about having repeat customers clearly. This is unreal quite frankly, and someone needs to talk to management about the manager and employees who just 'follow orders.' I also can't believe they never give receipts to customers - they do not even ask if you want one, you have to ask them to print one."
