"Horrible experience. Felt like I was at a pill mill. All the staff looked exhausted. Customers were saying their doctor prescribed them more drugs, but prescription was missing. Will never use again. Was recommended by my Mom's NP, thought it would be good to use local. NOT SO. Never got a bill, yet they wanted paid, even my receipt doesn't show what was prescribed, just a code. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Edit: As you can see from my previous review, I thought they were great so I was going to use them as my go to pharmacy. My next two experiences were bad and I won’t try to use them again! The first one I needed them to pull a prescription from Express scripts because they were out of my med I needed. They refused to do the process needed saying, “it’s too hard to deal with Express scripts”. I found another pharmacy that day that would do it. I let that slide because of my first good experience. Then today, I was checking to see if they had a med my daughter needed. I wanted to make sure they had it before I had the doctor call it in. Well, when they asked what insurance I had, I said Tricare. The guy was like, “ohhhh Tricare is really hard to deal with”. What does that even mean? I have used y’all with my Tricare meds. You either take it or you don’t. I had a medication manufacturer question. I called at least 4 other local pharmacies with the same question and this was the only place that was very nice about it. Also, everyone was super friendly when I went to pick up my prescription. I can’t believe I have lived here 4 years and never been in. Great hometown feel!"

"Second time I’ve dealt with no delivery of my medication. Please if you need the medication I suggest you pick it up yourself. If it’s happened twice with just me I can only imagine what everyone else is experiencing. The actual pharmacists are great. Non delivery brought my review to two stars. Since my review Coopers has done a complete 360. Happy to also leave a great review they are so deserving. My issue has been corrected and I’ve edited my review. I’ll also be changing 2 stars to 5 stars. Thank you for Coopers!"

They have always had my medications, when other pharmacies haven’t, will always go out of their way to answer any questions I have, make sure I understand all of my medications, and always have them ready when I go pick them up!
