"Ordered the lemon pepper wings, saucy and crispy. I most definitely received the crispy, but not the saucy. They were cold and HARD. More garlic than lemon pepper! My grandson went in to pick up my order and was ignored until the phone rang. Macy's use to have great service. But wow has service gone down. I given them grace twice, but this time I'm done. I guess I will try the one on Delaware in Kenmore!"

"Ordered 20 wings and small fry. Received 10 wings and a large fry. Called to ask if we could come back for our other 10 wings. They said only if we bring back the 10 they gave us and they would make an new 20. After waiting 45 mins we wanted to eat the 10 we received and pick up the other 10 when they were ready. No apology, given attitude, when I was pleasant on the phone. Ended up agreeing to credit the 10 wings we did not receive. Not a customer friendly experience."
"Just order a breakfast pizza for the second time. We LOVED the first and had to come back again. Was very disappointed the second time to find out it no longer comes with chicken And waffle for an extra $3. Waffle and syrup are an extra $3 and then if you want to add chicken that is an $2.50. We don't eat pork. So when we got home and seen no chicken was on the pizza we were a little confused. Till we called and talked to somebody. A little disappointed $32.07 with no protein."
"Good pizza. Had the Nick-Fil-A and it was really unique and tasty. They have cute LED signs in the window. One was a UFO abducting a bunch of slices of pizza and it made me giggle."
