"Update Sep,2019: New owner took over, food went downhill... The base soup tasted like water, the beef is not actual pho beef , the bowl only has meat balls and beef while it should have other things as well, the meat balls are not praticular good, but I doubt they make that there ... All in all, food is food, but I'm probably not going back there for pho while there are more options in town."
